Bauer Built, Inc. Acquires Jack’s Tire and Service, Expanding Footprint in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois
Durand, WI – June 1, 2026 – Tad Bauer, President of Bauer Built, Inc., today announced the acquisition of Jack’s Tire and Service.
Jack’s Tire and Service, headquartered in Beloit, WI, was founded in 1982 and has built a strong reputation for quality tire and automotive service throughout the region. The acquisition adds key locations in South Beloit, IL, and Madison, WI, strengthening Bauer Built’s service network across the Midwest.
“This acquisition is a strategic step in our continued growth and commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our commercial and fleet customers,” said Tad Bauer. “We are excited to welcome the Jack’s Tire team and customers into the Bauer Built family and to expand our capabilities in service support, emergency road service, and enhanced delivery options.”
The new locations will offer the full range of services available across Bauer Built’s network, including in-store and on-site services, certified alignments, fleet maintenance, wheel refinishing, mounted wheel programs, and other value-added services. Customers will continue to have access to leading tire brands such as Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Michelin Retreads, Continental, General, and others.
