Responsible to repair or replace tires on various vehicles, as required, in-store or on-site.  Vehicle and equipment maintenance, customer service, material handling, paperwork, processing, and standard store operational requirements.

Responsibilities of this position include: Operating a trailer-tractor semi truck to transport company products to outlets and customers, as necessary; to pick up product from vendors. Also responsible for maintaining all necessary paperwork pertaining to transportation responsibilities, including trip reports, expense accounts, manifests, etc.; regularly inspecting and preventative maintenance on tractor and trailer so as to ensure the continuous operation of the vehicle.

Responsible to maintain a route sales operation of delivery of new tires and retreads, picking up casings for retread and all attendant paperwork for an established group of dealer/customers, so as to attain budgeted sales objectives.

Inside salespersons are accountable to assist in the management of a retail tire center sales and service operation, so as to achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives. Responsible to sell product via telephone sales to an established list of customer accounts. They are also responsible to respond to customer inquiries regarding sales or complaints.

Responsibilities of this position include: Install related parts and perform other tire and mechanical services. Responsible to keep equipment in good working order to provide quality customer service. Schedule appointments and respond to customers inquires regarding service needs.

Responsibilities of this position include:  Selling tires and related services to fleet and commercial accounts.  Establishing sales objectives and assure customer satisfaction in the area of quality, value and delivery.  Calls on fleet and commercial accounts.
