Responsibilities of this position include: Install related parts and perform other tire and mechanical services. Responsible to keep equipment in good working order to provide quality customer service. Schedule appointments and respond to customers inquires regarding service needs.

Responsibilities of this position include: Operating equipment and performing specific procedures in the retread operation. Responsible to perform assigned duties in the Retread Shop, so as to produce quality retread products.

Responsibilities of this position include: Supervising and directing all store personnel. Coordinating the facilities sales effort. Setting sales and gross profit objectives. Managing inventory and controlling expenses. Accountable for entire operation including sales, gross profit, expenses, personnel, training, inventory, security, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of this position include: Operating a trailer-tractor semi truck to transport company products to outlets and customers, as necessary; to pick up product from vendors. Also responsible for maintaining all necessary paperwork pertaining to transportation responsibilities, including trip reports, expense accounts, manifests, etc.; regularly inspecting and preventative maintenance on tractor and trailer so as to ensure the continuous operation of the vehicle.

Inside salespersons are accountable to assist in the management of a retail tire center sales and service operation, so as to achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives. Responsible to sell product via telephone sales to an established list of customer accounts. They are also responsible to respond to customer inquiries regarding sales or complaints.
