An assistant manager is accountable to assist in the management of a retail tire center sales and service operation, so as to achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives. Responsibilities of this position include: scheduling all service work so as to provide a high level of service to walk-in and telephone customers; maintaining an adequate inventory of parts and supplies, according to established standards; keeping store equipment maintained; completing daily paperwork (daily store cuts, ticket control, credit cards, bills, invoices, etc.); selling products; and performing service operations.
